.less & Un=

On 31 December 2009 BBC Radio 4 The Report criticised Britain's new points system for foreign (outside the EU) Student Visas. It replaces the interview, and as a result, some people arrive at Heathrow Airport with student visas even though they are unable to speak English. An anonymous official said he is instructed to let them through because of the huge amount of people waiting in the hall. Many Indians and Pakistanis head straight for Southall, where they immediately look for work.
It would be pointless a native Englishman appealing to Strasbourg that his rights are being violated. The European Commission of Human Rights "may only receive petitions from persons claiming to be the victim of a violation of any of the rights guaranteed by the Convention." (15 September 1977, in respone to my complaint about foreign and Commonwealth men being allowed to live and work in the UK through marriage.)
The Kingston Guardian published my article "Is there any point in being English?" ten years later, on 20 August 1987.
The essence of justice is balance. No point = No balance = No justice = Un=.
